The qualification requirements are as follows:
 
Application: 
 
Each occupant over the age of 18 will be required to submit an application.
 
The application fee is $75 per adult and is non-refundable
 
Credit, rental and criminal background checks will be completed for each occupant over the age of 18.

Income Requirements:
 
The combined income of adult occupants must be a minimum of 2.5 times the rent before taxes.

 
Rental Requirements:
 
A minimum deposit equal to one month’s rent is required prior to move in.
 
Applicants moving after the 15th of the month but before the 1st of the following month will be required to pay the prorated month and the 1st month’s rent prior to move-in
 
Renters will be required to carry Renters Insurance throughout the term of the lease
 
NO PETS of any kind will be permitted.
 
No smoking inside the unit will be permitted.
