☐ What is included in the monthly rent, and which services or amenities cost extra?
☐ Are there entrance, community, security deposit, or other one-time fees?
☐ What lease terms are available, and how are rent increases handled?
☐ Which apartment sizes and floor plans are available, and what accessibility features are offered?
☐ How many meals are included each day, and can I review a current menu or try a meal?
☐ What housekeeping, linen, maintenance, and utility services are included?
☐ What transportation is provided, where does it go, and how far in advance must rides be scheduled?
☐ What activities, fitness programs, outings, and social opportunities are regularly offered?
☐ What emergency response and security measures are available to residents?
☐ Are pets allowed? If so, what size, breed, deposit, or monthly fee requirements apply?
☐ If I need help later, may I bring in my own home care or other outside service providers?
☐ What supportive services are available on-site, and are they provided by the community or by third parties?
☐ What happens if my health or mobility needs change and independent living is no longer appropriate?
☐ How are maintenance requests handled, including urgent problems after normal business hours?
☐ What guest, parking, overnight visitor, and community policies should I know about before signing a lease?
